Buttermilk Channel

Buttermilk Channel is an American Bistro in Carroll Gardens serving fresh, seasonal food with a foundation in regional American cuisine. Signature dishes are the Fried Chicken with Cheddar waffles (dinner only) and the Duck Meatloaf. A selection of fresh, local fish, shellfish and oysters are offered and a separate vegetarian menu is available at dinner. At brunch, the specialties include Short Rib Hash and Pecan Pie French Toast. The full bar serves seasonal signature and classic cocktails, American and French wine, beer and cider. Outdoor seating on Court Street is available in warm weather.
