We specialize in real down home barbeque. We smoke our ribs daily with an apple hickory smoke, cherry mesquite oak smoke, and a hickory pecan smoke. Every day is different and everyday there is a bit of a twist on an American classic rib dish. We carry rib tips, smoked beef short ribs, prime rib, pulled pork and beef brisket, all smothered in our own homemade barbeque sauce. All our combo plates come with 2 side orders to choose from.
