Caddy's Kitchen & Cocktails opened in August of 2018 on the historic 100 Block of downtown Council Bluffs. Owner's Brian and Jayme Cadwallader also own The Salty Dog Bar & Grill in Council Bluffs as well as Caddy's Parkside Grill at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, NE. Caddy's Kitchen & Cocktails is American casual cuisine completely made from scratch or outsourced by a local vendor. Caddy's features both a 40 seat patio as well as an 80 seat private dining room.
