Cafe Sanuki is the most authentic Udon on the west coast. Our Udon noodles are made daily using the same equipment and techniques used in Japan. How do we know? Because we traveled to Japan, met with Udon Masters and had the same specialty equipment imported to our restaurant right here in Las Vegas. Prior to our grand opening, we had one of the most recognized Udon Masters from Japan, Mr. Minimoto spent several months in Las Vegas working directly with our cooks to make sure they are ready to deliver an authentic Japanese Udon experience to our patrons.Established in 2017.
