Cafe Sole is celebrating 20 years of excellence! We believe in fresh food, prepared daily. We specialize in fresh, local seafood which comes to us from local captains in the Florida Keys. Cafe Sole is the perfect place to taste the best local fish in a fine dining atmosphere. The perfect meal at Cafe Sole: ~Conch Carpaccio (Sweet Bahamian conch, thinly sliced, sprinkled with asiago, capers, red bell peppers and Bermuda onion) ~Hog Snapper Sole (Hog snapper, or hogfish, live on the reef and eat mostly small crustaceans producing a delicate light white meat. Divers catch hogfish; we serve it pan seared in a puddle of roasted red bell pepper hollandaise) ~Trio of Desserts (Fresh berries & Grand Marnier, a small bowl of perfect creme brûlée, and a sliver of our award-winng Key Lime Pie)
