We use "Blooms Taxonomy" to develop course objectives and then develop the course to meet the objectives. Each course must have at least five Terminal Learning Objectives "Learner Outcomes", however there must be no more than twelve. The students are tested and will be able to meet all objectives in the course by its completion. Any student, who cannot achieve the major objectives and has had perfect attendance, can attend the next regular scheduled class free of charge.
