Our menu was created in collaboration with Peter Pollay and Jordan Arace of Mandara Hospitality Group and Posana, located just blocks away. Our partnership allows the Capella on 9 menu to stay true to our commitment to source locally and responsibly, resulting in eclectic, but balanced dishes.
