Capstone Hospice

In architectural terms, the capstone is the final fixture put in a place on any constructed edifice– the “crowning achievement,” so to speak, of a building or institution. In the case of the hospice patient, Capstone Hospice allows patients and families to put their “final stone” in place as a monument to the value and worth of a life well-lived.
