I am passionate about bringing clarity and focus to the areas of your body that are stuck so we can make the shifts needed to get you where you want to go. I believe we need to make sure the body and mind work together to be most effective in our lives. Turning mental stress into physical discomfort is common but not necessary. I help people by creating body awareness, performing massage and reeducation activities to empower each person to attain their vibrant self. Providing a method of relief for people suffering from painful conditions, injuries and stress is my life's mission.
