Owners Melissa Lausch and Carole Bowers are happy to be celebrating their 11th anniversary of Carmel's in Asheville. Previously they owned a sister restaurant in Vero Beach, Florida. We are thrilled to be in the mountains and proud to be a part of this growing community.
