We are a gastro pub specializing in unique pub food, carft beer, and craft spirits.Established in 2014.The Cary Ale House & Brewing Company opened its doors in April of 2015 boasting an eclectic mix of gastro pub food with creative craft cocktails and craft beers! We had planned to open the brewing portion of our business right away, but we had to postpone that project for a while. As of November 2017 we are building out our brewery and we should have in-house beer available for you at the beginning of 2018!
