Eric Udelhoven CR, the owner, is one of only four individuals in Chicago that is a business owner who has taken the NARI Certified Remodeler test and passed. Catalyst strives to be on the cutting edge of current building technologies and utilizes green building practices as often as possible. Our company uses custom software from start to finish with every project. Our team has a combined experience of over 50 years. We have eight Superintendents ,a LEED accredited Project Manager, an Office Manager, and a team of screened and seasoned professionals.
