Cava is a restaurant based on indoor and outdoor dining with fresh regional Latin cuisine from Mexico, Spain & Latin America. We have a full bar specializing in martinis & hand-shaken margaritas made from 100% blue agave tequilas. We also offer an extensive wine list with owner selections from Spain, South America & California. The decor and menu reflects the sophisticated yet casual character of the Montecito Village. Cava features a vibrant outdoor patio, warmly lit dining room, romantic colored walls, original Channing Peake artwork and a cozy fireplace. "Cava" means "wine cellar" in Spanish, but it can also be translated as "festive sparkling wine."
