Center Cuts

Center Cuts is a retail gourmet market that specializes in prime meats & poultry as well as catering for all occasions. Center Cuts has been open since April of 2014 and is located on the North Shore of Long Island in Roslyn heights. It is the first business opened by Douglas Cohen & Justin Aronoff who previously had been working together at a similar store in their hometown of Roslyn.
