Central Penn Fitness Center

In 1989, a new eight-lane Olympian size pool was constructed with a Jacuzzi. In addition, racquetball, volleyball, Olympic weights, and group exercise classes were incorporated into the program offerings. In 2003, the facility expanded to include personalized exercise prescriptions and nutritional counseling. In 2008, a tremendous renovation took place that included a remodeling of the locker rooms, building of a children's area, development of a women-only fitness center, and a state-of-the-art cardiovascular area. Two large Aerobics studios were designed with a great view of the aquatics center.
