Chago's

We are a family owned and operated restaurant that strives to offer authentic home-style Puerto Rican cuisine. All menu recipes were passed down through the families of Chef Chago and his wife, owner Solemar. Our specialties include mofongos, rice and bean dishes, skirt steak dishes, mixed salads, beef, shrimp, fish, fish tacos, mahi mahi, snapper, Chago's pernil asado and fricase de pollo. The mofongos are served with fried pork (carne frita), beef (bistec encebollado), chicken cracklings (chicarrones de pollo) or shrimp (camarones). We also offer our delicious "Mofogo Aniversario" which comes in a wooden mortar and pestle. The "Mofongo Aniversario" is ideal for any special occasion; it is filled with our fabulous fricase de pollo and a side salad with cilantro dressing.
