I practice the self-psychological approach to Dynamic Psychotherapy and Counseling. This involves a gradual unfolding of the individual learning to develop himself, his potential, and potential space. This can involve the treatment of adults, elderly adults, children, and adolescents. The self-psychological goal varies with each individual and offers insight and understanding as revealed in psychological space. I make every effort to be as successful as possible, leaving room for the individuals potential to be capable and creative. The truth can set you free and provide relief of ones tension and anxiety. The absence of the truth can imprison and lock an individual into a trap. Successful therapy involves knowledge of ones goals, knowing what you want, skill and persistence in going after success. With over 25 years of experience, I am excited each time I can be part of individuals insight, understanding, and what leads to success.
