We have highly skillful drivers and work hard to be accurate when we give the amount of time it will take for us to get to your car. If we realize we were wrong or otherwise delayed, we will call to keep you informed.We would rather be honest up front; if we know we cannot realistically be where you need us, we will tell you. It is better to allow you to know up front and allow for you to make an informed decision; maybe another provider can get to your need more quickly, maybe you can leave the car and we can tow it without you being present, allowing you to go about your day without waiting.We will treat you how we would like to be treated, like humans, real people dealing with an unfortunate eventand in need of personable assistance.if it will take us 3 hours, we will not tell you 45 minutes.Auction vets
