Working with the managers and home owners to find the right product and price for their rental or home flipping needs.Established in 1996.When Cheap Charlie first started doing business he ran it out the back of his van, he quickly grew to utilizing multiples spaces at his home and then in 1998 he made the move to Havelock where he's been ever since.
