Chef Shangri-La

Established in 1976. This highly reputable family operation is located in the heart of North Riverside. Chef Shangri-la has proven to deliver years of signature dishes, charming service and mind-blowing tropical cocktails. Its Polynesian-themed atmosphere is part of the main attraction, it is filled with ancient hand-carved tiki statues, warrior masks & shields, tropical light fixtures, thatched huts, an outrigger island canoe and a koi pond. The Chef's mission is to continue to provide quality services for our favorites, the REGULARS, while still attracting the "newbies" for an additional 35 years of operation.
