We are a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar. We have traditional, authentic Mexican dishes as well as innovative and creative takes on the classics. You'll find killer tacos, fresh-made guacamole, enchiladas and much more on our menu. Our bar has 40 types of tequilas and mezcals, as well as speciality cocktails featuring all different types of spirits, wine, beer and sangria. We look forward to serving you!Established in 2017.Chela Modern Mexican Cuisine and Tequila bar opened back in December 17 at the site of the former Rachel's, though we are in no way affiliated with the old restaurant. We have new owners, news chefs, new menus, new cocktails and an ever-growing list of tequila and mezcals. Our chefs, who are also our owners, were born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, so you will see that influence on our menu. Our sauces are made from scratch with fresh ingredients and lots of love.
