What is the CHGO Yoga Co-op? A group of 5 yoga instructors working together to provide yoga and all its benefits at 43rd Street and Emerald. We have a variety of classes and times, appropriate for those who are new to yoga and those who have an established practice. Classes include Flow, Gentle, Hatha, and Candlelight.
