Chiavetta's BBQ Takeout

Chiavetta's Catering Service has specialize in it's famous Chiavetta's Barbeque Chicken since 1954. With most of it being used in fund raising for non-profit organizations. Bringing in over half a million dollars for these organizations per year. Chiavetta's provides full service catering from it's Brant, NY location. A range of buffet and sit down menus can be viewed on our web sight (chiavettas.com). Take out catering is available out of both Brant and Pendleton locations. Walk-in service is only available out of the Pendleton location. The annual Erie County Fair is our largest single event where thousand of people enjoy barbeque chicken and a tomato-pepper-onion salad with Mrs. Chiavetta's famous Italian Dressing. In the past two years we have introduced our own smoked St. Lewis Rib covered with our own tangy rib sauce. Two great take out specials are "Good to Go" and "Back Yard Barbeque".
