Chinese Kitchen

The wing became the thing at The Chinese Kitchen.  Now the restaurant is known as simply Hot Wing, as reflected in the signage. This small eatery is in a shopping center adjacent the West End Mall with fast in-and-out parking at the front door. Hot Wing Chinese Kitchen serves fast-food Chinese cuisine, but the locals fancy the selection of chicken wings, from Buffalo to braised.
