Because of my Asian background, I could grasp the concept of Chinese medicine quickly and precisely. Based on that knowledge, I have seen numerous patients and helped them in clinic. People who didn’t believe in acupuncture or were afraid of needles came to me and got good results and appreciated my gentle needling technique. Because of the results they believed in acupuncture and referred their friends and family to me. In my culture, if we become sick, we seek oriental medicine because it is such a positive way of dealing with health issues compared to the drugs and surgeries of western medicine.
