Hi! I'm your friendly neighborhood fitness trainer & coach in North County San Diego. Most of my clients live in Carlsbad and Encinitas, but I love training all along the coast in Oceanside, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Carmel Valley. I also have a few clients from San Marcos and Vista. Training sessions may be conducted in-home, at the beach, at work, at your gym, or at San Diego Premier Training, a private training studio in Carlsbad, California. I have been a fitness professional since 2004, and I am a ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am also a ACE Certified Health Coach. I'm pleased to offer free workouts, affordable group training, and semi-private training, as well as private 1-to-1 personal training.
