Cielo Hair & Skin Salon

Cielo Salon and Boutique co-owners Rebecca and Angelina have known each other since cosmetology school and immediately knew they shared a passion for hair and fashion that they felt compelled to share. They now own Cielo Salon and Boutique in Encinitas and Cielo Boutique & Body Bar in Carlsbad and are thrilled to extend their business endeavors online. The salon features talented stylists at a stunning location complete with an outdoor walk-through garden.
