Citrone

Founded in 1995 by Michael and Susan Phillips, Citrone started in a small space at the historic Redlands Train Depot. With $36,000 to start the Phillips developed one of the premiere restaurants in the Inland Empire. In 1999 Citrone moved into the historic 1902 brick building at 328 Orange Street. The main dining room features the original brick walls and embossed tin ceiling and seats approximately 90.
