Clara's Room

We are a private Pilates studio with only five people in a class. Several specialty classes and some of the best teachers in the area. The owner is a teacher trainer that travels all over the US training teachers and also specializes in continuing education of teachers. She has worked with physicians and PTs in diagnostics and rehabilitation and specializes in rehabilitating spine injuries and knee issues.
