Established in 2011.

Chef Eric Heath and Jennifer Cleveland moved to Edwardsville in 2011, from the Napa Valley to open Cleveland-Heath. The restaurant opened with a BOOM, in November of 2011, and has been humming along ever since. The couple is incredibly grateful for having had such amazing teachers and mentors along the way, and will continue the tradition with their own establishment. It is because of these friends, family and mentors they are excited to bring ClevelandHeath Restaurant and Bar to Edwardsville, IL at 106 Main street in the historical Boehm Building. Let's eat!
