CAPS was founded by the Mother-Daughter Team of Adele R. Williamson and Nancy W. Cadwallader utilizing their vast volunteer experiences working with students on college campuses. When Adele died in 2016, Nancy continued the business. Both Adele and Nancy visited and Nancy continues to visit many campuses every year thus keeping current with campus trends. Nancy is a frequent speaker at workshops and Conferences on campus trends as well as many other subjects relating to college placement, boarding schools as well as therapeutic programs.
