For a fast, affordable path to becoming a massage therapist, CIMT offers the Essential Massage Therapy Certification Program, which provides solid preparation for the 500-hour minimum requirement for Colorado licensure. For those seeking greater medical massage career opportunity, we offer the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Certification Program, which combines neuromuscular and trigger point release therapies, and is widely respected among the health care community. You'll never be "a number" or "lost in the crowd" at CIMT, where we have small classes sizes and know all of our students by name. To ensure individual attention and support, we only accept 30 new students per quarter. CIMT's science-based curriculum provides a solid foundation of anatomy, physiology, massage theory and medical terminology, preparing graduates to interact confidently with a variety of health care professionals. Also, under a partnership in its second decade, CIMT offers students the opportunity to provide massage therapy in a major hospital system, Penrose St. Francis.
