The Fitness Center is home to cardiovascular equipment as well as strength equipment (incl. free weights), and maintains recognized industry bands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, StairMaster and Precor.An aerobics studio accommodates complimentary classes to members such as Zumba, Cardio Kick and other dance fitness classes. Yoga classes are coming soon!Our women's-only studio is a quick and easy place to get a great workout in a discreet space with private access from the Women's Locker Room.A 5,000 square foot mezzanine area hosts additional group classes such as Bootcamp, Boxing, Cross Training, Extreme Fit Zone, as well as bi-weekly youth programs.We offer personal training with a number of very qualified trainers to meet all your needs, whether they be weight loss, focused strength training or something in-between.Stop by our fully stocked juice bar for all your pre- and post-workout nutritional needs!And did we mention we have a certified massage therapist as well as chiropractor on-site to ease away any pain or tension you've accumulated?We are located in the Rose Hill shopping center, and as such there is ample parking!
