Community Nurse Health Center

This is an administrative office for the Community Nurse Health association, which has been providing health care and social services to low-income, working families in the western suburbs of Chicago since 1921. The group of doctors and nurses serve as a primary care clinic for families that have trouble affording medical insurance. The association provides dental, adult, prenatal/postpartum and pediatric clinics in LaGrange.  Additionally the clinic has a bilingual staff and case workers. The staff is composed of a mix of volunteers and professional nurses and doctors.
