I would say I specialize in high quality results following best building practices and applicable codes when necessary/possible. I also specialize in information. It may sound funny for a handyman to say information instead of carpentry or matching texture (both of which I'm quite good at by the way) but it's true. As a professionally trained and experienced home inspector I learned not only how to develop a sharp eye for problems, I also learned how to engage my clients in a way that made it possible for anybody, even folks with little or zero knowledge of properties or the repair process to learn and understand any part (ok, almost) any part of their home or the repairs needed. That coupled with my many years of experience in the construction industry has given me the ability to assess issues fast, and more importantly, clearly explain the problem or repair needed and give you options when they exist. I've also been told that compared to many others in my field I provide exceptional customer service and communication, and I'm reliable, creative, honest and punctual.
