Boutique Pilates Studio caters to the individual needs of each client. Owned by third generation instructor and one of only 11 in the United States and Canada chosen to be a master teacher trainer and mentor for Pilates Core Integration. We offer group pilates reformer and chair classes as well as private sessions on all apparatus including the trap table, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and core align. We teach beginners-super advanced and have experience with Pilates for pregnancy, scoliosis, spinal fusions, joint replacements, degenerative discs, disc herniation, torn labrum, pregnancy, diastasis recti, torn rotator cuffs, and spinal stenosis.
