At CrossFit Alpha Dog our instructors have extensive experience working with people of all athletic levels to help everyone achieve maximum fitness. A CrossFit workout can have any combination of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, or plyometrics. No two days are ever the same, routine is the enemy. True fitness is being prepared for anything life may throw at you unknown and unknowable. If a training program can be so effective for unknown modal and time domains, than the potential for a sport where time and demands are known is even greater.
