Crossfit Cold Steel

Established in 2015. Our facility is very unique as we are centrally located to serve the surrounding CrossFit communities of the North Tampa area, and conveniently located minutes from Tampa International Airport. CrossFit Cold Steel offers easy access to parking in a great traditional Box. We utilize the CrossFit method to teach the group and each new member is taken through a CrossFit elements (foundations) to get them familiar with the 9 basic functional movements of CrossFit.
