When everybody else was training on the newest machine or taking those "hop-hip cardio" classes, we were training with chains and bands. When everyone else was running on treadmills, we were pushing prowlers and pulling sleds. When everybody else was using rubber bands and gimmicks, we were using weights, kettlebells and real functional movements.When everyone was calling us crazy, we knew we were just getting ready for something great.
