Crossfit Highbridge

ssFit HighBridge is a brand new CrossFit box located in Farmville,VA at 2202B W 3rd St. right past Merk's. In our 1500 square-foot facility we offer a broad training program that is suitable for any level of fitness.We base our program on CrossFit methodology. Every time you enter our box for a workout the WOD will always be constantly varied with functional movements at a high intensity based on your ability. Functional movements are innate to our DNA. They are essential and add quality of life. They include, but are not limited to, squats, pull-ups, and push-ups. We train for our health both mentally and physically. We train so we can live a long and active life. We also train so we can be fit , but most of all we train so that we can come together as a family and have fun.
