All inclusive, hour long, CrossFit classes. At CrossFit Incinerator, your safety is paramount. We will ensure you learn the fundamentals before you are asked to tackle more difficult tasks. We scale the workouts to challenge all ability levels equally, so that everyone gets a hard hitting, heart pounding, workout tailored to their specific ability level but everyone works out at the same time. You will be watched closely by our coaches, so you will never wonder what you should be doing at any moment.
