CrossFit Inner Loop

CrossFit Inner Loop is a state of the art 4,900 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility equipped with the gear needed for CrossFitters- ropes, barbells, rings, wall balls, pull-up rig and more, as well as a designated kids' area. We are located off Brookville Road in Silver Spring, Maryland, just minutes from the beltway. Offerings include group and individual private coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology, as well as Yoga, Mobility and CrossFit Kids' classes.
