As Crossfitters, we have seen first-hand, the positive, life changing effects of the training style, the nutrition programs and the ever-supportive community. We watched our bodies change, we broke personal record after record and acknowledged our technical improvements. What really inspired us though, was bearing witness to the success of our fellow Crossfitters. We decided that bringing this kind of joy to people day in and day out was going to ultimately make us happy and proud. Armed with a passion for nutrition, strength & conditioning, we have opened CrossFit Zeus NSC.
