We are a small Family owned and operated business and we have have been at this location for 20 years. The original owners remained with us during the transition of ownership and passed along the original authentic Cuban and other Latin recipe's. Our staff are experienced and dedicated, many of whom are with us from the beginning, thus ensuring the continued consistency of the dishes. Due to our small space, we provide limited eat-in counter space, but we also provide both PICK-UP and DELIVERY service. Saturday mornings we see more and more families and also a group of car enthusiast's who take their Ferraris, BMW's and MGB's. We are located in the center of the Pompano Kitchen & Marble district and we cater Business Breakfast & Lunch for up to 200 persons. We have witnessed big business deals being agreed at our counters over cups of our powerfully strong colada! We are supported by some wonderful loyal customers who have been regulars for all of our 20 years in existence - Bless them! Our 'Oxtail' special on Tuesday and 'Ceviche' on Friday have their own group of followers. It is not unusual to begin receiving telephone lunch orders for our specials soon after we open at 6:30 AM. We offer two types of Cuban Sandwich one with our marinated pork which is prepared in house and slow roasted for 12 hours. As one of our Family are always on premises, we will address and special requests you may have.
