Meet Da Bald Guy, Leonard Nombris! Born & raised on the North Shore and a 1977 Kahuku High School graduate #RR4L. This bald guy is a Western Culinary Institute Alumni with over 35 years of culinary expertise. He has worked in the culinary department of major hotel chains such as The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki and most recently as the executive chef of Big City Diner in Kailua. Leonard is now home in his community -- making his dream a reality of owning his very own foodtruck serving local plate lunches and drinks.
