One of its defining characteristics is that there is often more sauce than cheese, leaving the middle of the pie wet or soggy, also they are cooked at very high temperatures (800 F-900 F) for no more than 90 seconds which can cause the crust will bubble up and be charred in spots. Tiramisu, Cannoli's and Nutella Filled Donuts are also a favorite!!
