Daddy's Chicken Shack

Pace Webb and Chris Georgalas started at Smorgasburg, LA's weekly food festival in downtown Los Angeles, with much success (and of course, hard work). The classic fried chicken sandwich has been a creation of Pace's featured on her catering menu at Taste of Pace for years, so it has been lovingly perfected. The underlying theme of the cuisine at Daddy's is American southern with a hint of Asian, which is also fitting for the couple since Pace is from Texas and Chris is half Japanese. In the end, the duo just wants to make you delicious umami bombs!
