Dancing Cranes Yoga & Massage

(1) Yoga is not one size fits all! We specialize in adapting everything we teach according to the needs and requests of our students. Our Riverside location is our home base where we do one-to-one instruction, but we do most of our teaching in various Chicago and suburban locations. Our fitness center yoga classes are different from our yoga space classes, which are not at all like the classes we teach through Gilda's Club Chicago, or at the local library, or at senior centers, or through SEASPAR for folks with disabilities.
