Authentic cajun and creole cooking. Owner was born and raised in Louisiana and his cajun heritage is evident in his cooking. We serve a variety of daily specials as well as our regular menu. Our regular menu has New Orleans classics like Gumbo, Jambalaya, Poboys, and Red Beans and Rice. Dat Cajun Guy started in October in Haleiwa, HI. Owner/Operator Jordan Romano and his crew serve dishes that are not necessarily Cajun but all are Louisiana favorites. We strive to create dishes that are well seasoned and perfectly spiced.
