Debra Corn Foster Care is a licensed child-placing agency founded in 1985 for the purpose of preventing the institutionalization of children. Debra Corn Foster Care offers solutions for those children who don’t have a place to call home. To date, Debra Corn Foster Care has served over 3,000 children and licensed over 1,500 therapeutic foster families in Indiana. The agency is Indiana's oldest, most experienced, and highly respected foster care agency.
